RE-ENROLLMENT Form for Current Members

This form must be submitted or returned for EVERY child currently enrolled at Triangle (including those not returning).

Whether you plan to re-enroll your child or if you’re moving on from Triangle, please submit the below information (or print and complete). Priority enrollment will be given to current Triangle families only when received by the deadline.

To retain your child’s spot, a refundable enrollment fee of $50.00 is due. Payment may be made by check (checks made out to Triangle Cooperative Preschool) or online. This enrollment fee is refundable upon completion of the school year if all financial obligations have been met.
